Launch Entertainment and Starship Entertainment will join forces this coming February to present K-POP’s most-buzzed about groups, SISTAR and BOYFRIEND, in Singapore.

SISTAR, a four-member girl band, received much recognition and popularity soon after their debut with the first single ʻPush Push‘ and 2nd  single ʻShady Girl‘, and went on to top the chart for the first time with the successful follow-up release of their 3rd single ʻHow Dare You‘. With their catchy tunes and impeccable choreographed dance moves, it comes as no surprise that the band is now one of K-Pop’s hottest offerings. As a testament to their fast-growing popularity, SISTAR dominated and clinched the coveted No.1 spot with their 1st studio album ʻSo Cool’ on Billboard K-Pop Hot 100 chart, beating strong competitors such as Leesang and 2NE1.

Joining them would be recently crowned “Music Video Best New Artist” by MTV Korea’s 2011 SBS MTV Best of the Best awards, BOYFRIEND. With their high energetic stage presence and animatronic good looks, these boys are soon becoming a household name in Korea. Following the lead of their sister band, BOYFRIEND has achieved great success since their debut in May 2011.
