MBLAQ added to 10th Korean Music Festival line-up


The Korea Times Korean Music Festival, undoubtedly one of the most anticipated events for kpop music fans in North America, announced the initial line up of artists and the Brown Eyed Girls that will be performing at the event. Now, it’s been announced that MBLAQ will also be performing at the event!
On March 8th, the Korean Music Festival official facebook page added: “It’s official – Put your hands up for the boys of MBLAQ! They’ll be rocking the stage at KMF10!!
The Korean Music Festival tends to draw a crowd from all across the continent, as well as some from overseas, who make the journey to see their favorite kpop artists live at Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.

Girls' Generation's Taeyeon Leaves a Message For Her Birthday


Taeyeon of Girls’ Generation celebrated her 23rd birthday yesterday on March 9th KST, and decided to leave a birthday message for fans on the group’s official website.
Taeyeon left a post on March 1oth with the title, “What’s up, Sone!”
She went on, “Every year it seems that I receive so much that I don’t really know what to do, and also feel a bit embarrassed. Today, I mean yesterday, was spent happily. I had a party with those I love most, ate food, and took pictures. Hehe. Thank you and love you to my members. I love Sone as well.”
She then addressed fans concerns about her toe that she had hurt recently, stating, “You worried a lot because I hurt my toenail didn’t you? To be honest, complete recovery will take a while, but it’s getting a lot better so worrying is a no no no.”
She brought the message to a close with, “To Sones whom I love. I feel so grateful, thankful, and happy because of the love you give little ol’ me every year congratulating me on my birthday. I’m really such a rich person. Rich with love. I’ll pay you all back. This is why you should love me more. Love me already. Sone is the best! I’m the best! Cheers for Soshi, the best!”

2NE1's Park Bom does the Catwalk on the Beach

2NE1's Park Bom wowed fans with her catwalk and long legs.

The vocalist is seen strutting her stuff down the beach, as she pretends that the stretch of sand is really a catwalk. Fans chuckled over Park Bom’s exaggerated movements, from her haughty head-tilt to her cheerleader pose.

SNSD Appears on Two American TV Talk Shows

It’s been announced that SNSD will appear on two popular American TV talk shows next week. According toSM Entertainment, the girls will be on “The Late Show with David Letterman” on CBS at Tuesday (1/31). The following day (2/1), SNSD will perform 'The Boys' during their guest appearance on “Live! With Kelly” on ABC. 
The special guest appearances and performances follow the release of SNSD’s special album, “The Boys," on January 17, 2012. The special album contains all the songs from “The Boys” remix EP and a selection of Korean language songs from their third Korean studio album. Last October, SNSD performed the English version of “The Boys” to a sold out audience at Madison Square Garden in NYC for the "SM TOWN Live in NYC"
The fact that SNSD will appear on “The Late Show with David Letterman” is significant because they will be the first Korean singers to appear on the show. In the past, Korean actresses like "Hawaii Five-0's" Grace Park and "Lost's" Kim Yunjin appeared as guests.
